For MTV Networks we designed and built a website for their digital television channel MTV Brand New. The site can be seen at mtvdigital.nl The challenging part of the project lies in the complicated digital television provider landscape in The Netherlands. In order to get MTV Brand New you have to subscribe to an extra channel package at your cable or satellite provider. Not all providers operate nationwide, in fact most of them don’t. It depends on what zipcode you have, what provider you have access to. And not all providers offer MTV Brand New. All of this makes it pretty complex to explain to the visitor that wants to subscribe. We created an easy wizard where the visitor can choose their provider and subscribe by answering a series of questions. The end result is a detailed and personalized list of providers that offer MTV Brand New. The site also has its own music chart, FAQ and basic information about the channel.
